Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using JDScript Limited's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Usage and Compliance
Clients are responsible for all data transmitted through our network and must comply with local laws in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and any other jurisdictions where services are provided. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: illegal content distribution, network attacks, spam, and copyright infringement.
Payment Terms
Service payments are due on the first of each month unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your contract.
Network Management
We reserve the right to modify network routing and hardware configurations to maintain optimal performance and stability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.
Service Level Agreement
Our SLA commitments are detailed in a separate document. Service credits for SLA violations must be requested within 30 days of the incident. SLA guarantees do not apply during scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
JDScript Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding three months.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. JDScript Limited reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activities that threaten network security or stability.
